Using the space you’re given to the fullest potential is something we excel in with our breadth of experience with tying in new additions to existing homes. This two bedroom, two bathroom expansion adds a significant amount of improved space to aid in our clients’ family needs, and one of the unique elements is that it features an extra deep basement ‘bunker’ that will house a golf simulator! This project is currently in the drywall phase, so stay tuned for finish photos in the coming months.

Our step-by-step approach keeps your project on time, on budget, and on point.
Framing is the stage where the home’s structure takes shape, starting with the floors, followed by the walls and roof. We create the framework for rooms, windows, doors, and stairs, then cover it with sheathing to make the structure strong and weather-ready. Once the roof is shingled, the house is “dried in” and ready for exterior finishes.
Once the structure is framed, we begin enclosing the home with exterior finishes. This includes installing windows and exterior doors, applying house wrap and flashing for weather protection, and adding siding and trim. Decks and porches are also framed at this stage, with final finishes sometimes added later depending on the materials and weather conditions.
As electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems go in, we add structural backing for vanities, fixtures, and ductwork, ensuring everything is supported behind the walls. After insulation prep, we move into finish carpentry — installing doors, trim, crown molding, window casings, and built-ins — carefully crafting the details that give your home its finished look and feel.
